Nasi campur is a traditional Indonesian breakfast. It is a rice dish that is typically served with a variety of side dishes, such as vegetables, meat, and eggs.
I spend most of my time on the Island and I have to say, I always look forward to breakfast. The choice of dishes is incredible ( especially in Canggu, Seminyal, Uluwatu, Ubud ) and the food I tasted over there is often better than in Europe or in the west . That’s logical when you know that there is a lot of chefs from overseas and that the standards are quite high in Bali ( with some very cheap options ) .
